As a sought-after equity consultant, kk develops tools and training for groups and organizations looking to apply best practices in diversity, inclusion, cultural humility, and systemic justice. kk is passionate about equity, in particular health equity, and has trained thousands of Health and Human Services professionals on LGBTQ+ Health Equity.

As a former external auditor and trained accountant, kk leverages their experience and knowledge to help growing organizations build in efficient processes and systems. Kk has helped nurture many grassroots collectives to formalize organizational structure and build internal capacity.

As a multilingual monitoring and evaluation specialist, Petra helps clients understand and demonstrate their impact. With extensive experience in applied research and results-based management, she has helped design and develop programs and policies that reduce violence, improve public health, and enable financial security in Somalia, Mali, Zambia, Thailand, Haiti, and the U.S. Petra is fluent in English and French.

Meredith helps individuals and organizations develop conscious fundraising plans and programs that engage, inspire, and can be sustained. She does this through deep listening, thoughtful inquiry, holistic thinking, data capture and record-keeping.

With a background in the arts, Meredith brings somatic awareness, creative energy, and grounded collaboration to her work.
